I'm Connor Crawford, and I'm an Inventor.
For most of my adult life, I've been involved in all aspects of engineering, from mechanical design and analysis to electronics to programming.
After spending some time in the Aerospace Industry with Lockheed Martin, I decided to transition into the world of Robotics by working as a GRA for the Nuclear and Applied Robotics Lab (NRG) at UT Austin, while getting my masters in Mechanical Engineering. I now plan to spend the remainder of my life engaged in the Robotics and Embedded Systems industries.For the last three years, I've been developing an inspection robot that works with floating roof storage tanks. Dr. Mitch Pryor, head of the NRG, and I have started a company to commercialize this robot, Pike Robotics Inc.
